TERMS AND CONDITIONS: LUXE ROYALE EVENTS

Luxe Royale Events is committed to delivering luxury event styling with professionalism, care, and creativity. By securing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your event.
We accept payment via credit/debit card or secure bank transfer.
Your booking is not confirmed until both the signed agreement and deposit are received.
2. MINIMUM SPEND
A minimum styling investment of $2,000 is required. This ensures the level of detail and design Luxe Royale Events is known for.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable in full.
For client-requested reschedules made more than 30 days in advance, a rescheduling fee may apply and is subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests within 30 days are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen emergencies, Luxe Royale Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, all payments made—excluding the non-refundable deposit—will be refunded, or a one-time reschedule may be offered.
4. STYLING SERVICES
Our services include event styling only and do not include event planning or day-of coordination. However, we are happy to collaborate with your planner or coordinator to ensure a seamless design experience.
Styled designs are the creative property of Luxe Royale Events and may not be reproduced, shared, or altered by external vendors without written consent.
5. DECOR OWNERSHIP
All Luxe Royale-owned props, floral stands, candle holders, draping, and styling items are the exclusive property of Luxe Royale Events and/or Luxe Royale Event Rentals. These items are for temporary use only and must not be moved, altered, or repurposed.
6. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
The client is responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of Luxe Royale styling inventory while on-site.
Replacement or repair costs will be invoiced accordingly. Luxe Royale Events may collect a damage deposit or hold a card on file.
7. MEDIA USAGE
Luxe Royale Events reserves the right to photograph and share images of styled work for marketing and promotional purposes.
Clients may request a media exclusion in writing prior to the event.
8. LIABILITY
Luxe Royale Events is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur once setup and styling are complete. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all styling elements remain undisturbed and safely positioned throughout the event.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, venue policies, or misuse of styled decor.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, and any legal disputes shall be handled within Jefferson Parish.
